From raw pulp to the final rim-curl, here are the essential stages of modern paper cup manufacturing.
The process begins with high-quality, food-grade paperboard, typically sourced from certified sustainable forests. To ensure the cup can hold liquids, a barrier must be applied.

Quality Check: Modern lines now utilize AI-driven optical sensors to inspect every cup for seam integrity, print alignment, and rim consistency before they move to packaging.
